呼吸筋をほぐして鍛え、体幹が使える体を作っていきます!

横隔膜やお腹周りの筋肉を意識しながら、内側から熱を起こしていきます

肋間筋と肺の周りにある筋肉を活性化させていき、深く呼吸が通る体を作っていきます

胸元の筋肉をほぐし、鎖骨を横に広げて呼吸を深く通していきます

ねじることで体に熱をおこし、体全体に呼吸を巡らせていきます

This channel is run by Japanese YOGA Natsumi. She is the president of the All Japan Yoga Therapist Association, and is a professional teacher who trains yoga instructors. That's why I started YouTube when I posted instructional videos for students of yoga instructor training courses. At first, since it was for my own family, I thought no one in the general public would be watching, so they forgave me for the messed up quality (laughs). I was surprised when I found out that various people had subscribed to my channel! As I read through the comments I received, I found myself thinking "I'm too stiff to do yoga. I can't go out because I have a special illness. "I'm too busy after childbirth or raising children to do my own maintenance. I have noticed that many people feel this way. I'm hoping to post mainly healing yoga lessons that will give peace of mind to many people.
